I just wanted to give you a little bit of information about the Badfinger concert in Wheeling, West Virginia on Feb. 13, 1972 as I was in attendance. The venue was the Capitol Music Hall which was more often used for hosting Country Music acts. I can remember that Badfinger was late in arriving, but I can't remember if a reason was given for this. The opening act was a little known band from somewhere in the local area. I can still remember that Tom Evans slapped his microphone down to the floor when he was mad about the sound or something. I am so glad that I was able to see Badfinger live as they are one of my all-time favorite bands.
